Scholarship Application
Eligibility Requirements
Scholarship is open to undergraduates with 60 or more hours of coursework and graduate students currently in a master’s degree program who are intent on pursuing a degree in integrated pest management or closely related field of study and working in the US agriculture industry following graduation.
Scholarship recipients must attend a Texas college/university full time.
Scholarship recipients must be able to provide verification of enrollment.
Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Must attend a Texas college/university majoring in Agriculture or a related field.
TPMA scholarships are non-renewable. Previous TPMA Scholarship recipients are not eligible to receive an award at the same educational degree level as a previous award.
TPMA Board of Directors and account holders are not eligible to apply. Family members of the above-mentioned groups are eligible to apply.
$1000.00 will be sent directly to the school upon receipt of all required documentation for the fall and the next $1000.00 will be sent for the spring once a new GPA and transcript are submitted.
Recipients of the scholarship will be required to send a short video prior to any award disbursement introducing themselves, their major, how their field of study relates to IPM and their plans following graduation. The video will be viewed at the annual TPMA board meeting in January of the following year.
